Wrestling: Thunder City Gets a Huge Update!

As some of you on Instagram might know, I submitted a demo to qualify for funding here in Chile—supporting cultural initiatives like movies, theater, documentaries, music, and, of course, video games! My demo came so close to hitting the required points to move forward, which is amazing—it means we really have something here!

Determined to make it even better, I polished the demo, added tons of new content, squashed countless bugs, introduced fresh music, and included a few surprises—like the addition of a real Chilean wrestler! Plus, I reinstated the storyline that was cut in the previous version and added new mechanics for this upcoming release.

The latest update for Wrestling: Thunder City will launch during WrestleMania Week! Right now, I’m playtesting it with some friends to catch any unexpected issues. This extended, uncut version will be the final demo before the full release, planned for sometime in 2026. I wish it could take less time, but hey—any single dad of two will understand how it is! Hehe!

¡Wrestling: Thunder City Recibe una Gran Actualización!

Como algunos de ustedes en Instagram ya saben, envié un demo para postular a fondos aquí en Chile, destinados a iniciativas culturales como el cine, el teatro, los documentales, la música y, por supuesto, ¡los videojuegos! Mi demo estuvo muy cerca de conseguir los puntos necesarios para avanzar, lo cual es increíble—¡significa que realmente tenemos algo aquí!

Con ganas de mejorar aún más la experiencia, pulí el demo, añadí mucho contenido nuevo, corregí incontables errores, agregué música fresca y sumé algunas sorpresas, ¡incluyendo la incorporación de un luchador chileno real! Además, recuperé la historia que había sido eliminada en la versión anterior y añadí nuevas mecánicas para este próximo lanzamiento.

La última actualización de Wrestling: Thunder City se lanzará durante la Semana de WrestleMania! En este momento, lo estoy probando con algunos amigos para detectar cualquier problema inesperado. Esta versión extendida y sin recortes será el último demo antes del lanzamiento final, programado para algún momento de 2026. Me gustaría que tomara menos tiempo, pero bueno... ¡todo padre soltero de dos hijos entenderá cómo es la vida! Jeje!
